By submitting anything to this website (including stories, text, news tips, names, photos, images, audio, or video — together, your “Submission”), you agree to the following:
1. Ownership & License
You irrevocably assign and grant to Winterwolf Enterprises, LLC (“we/us”) a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable right and license to use, copy, edit, adapt, modify, translate, publish, perform, display, distribute, monetize, and create derivative works from your Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose including commercial purposes, without payment, credit, or notice to you, forever.
2. No Obligation
We are not required to read, use, respond to, broadcast, or return any Submission. We may decline any Submission at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Submitting does not guarantee your report appears anywhere.
3. Name & Likeness
If you provide a name, on-air name, photograph, voice, or likeness, you grant us the same rights in them, including use on our broadcasts, videos, website, and promotion. If you provide a preferred on-air name, we may use it instead of your real name, at our discretion.
4. Your Promises
Your Submission is your own; it does not infringe anyone’s rights; it contains no private information about other people; it is not confidential; and nothing in it is submitted in expectation of payment or employment.
5. Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Winterwolf Enterprises, LLC, its owners, members, staff, and partners from any and all claims arising out of our use of your Submission, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, emotional distress, or lost economic opportunity.
6. No Compensation — Ever
You will not receive, and will never be entitled to, any payment, royalty, or other consideration for your Submission or our use of it.
7. Age
Submissions are accepted only from persons 18 or older, or from a parent/legal guardian on a minor’s behalf.
8. United States Only
This website and Hotline are operated from Nevada, USA and are intended for United States residents only. We make no representation that the site or these terms comply with the laws of any other country, and we do not accept obligations under foreign law. If you access this site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands.
